Occasional Fundraising Volunteer – Chailey Heritage Foundation
About this organisation
Chailey Heritage Foundation provides education and care services and is one of the UK’s leading centres for children and young people with complex neurodisabilities.
Most of the young people accessing our services have severe cerebral palsy, many have visual and/or other sensory impairments. All are wheelchair users and very few have verbal communication.
Our expertise is in maximising independence and choice, developing effective communication and providing powered mobility opportunities.

Volunteers Needed! Help Us Make a Difference 🌟
Do you have a couple of hours spare? Do you want to give back to your community? We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help us with bucket collections to raise money for Chailey Heritage Foundation. No long-term commitment—just occasional support when you can. The money raised is used to fund specialist equipment and resources for the children and young people we support.
The only skills you will require are a friendly smile and a willingness to spread awareness of our work. You can volunteer for one session or more, and there will always be another volunteer or member of staff with you.
Volunteers need to be over the age of 18, although under 18’s can be involved if their parent/carer volunteers too! Travel expenses will be paid.
We are looking for help at our bucket collections in the following locations:

Waitrose, Haywards Heath
2 hour shift between 9-5
Sunday 8th December
