Living with complex disabilities can be overwhelming and isolating.
Our Charity is here for children and young people living with physical disabilities, complex medical and communication needs. We’re here to listen and explore life-changing possibilities together.
Our outstanding school, welcoming residential homes and bustling centre combining gym and art therapy, a farm and café create a thriving community of support. Our expert team dedicate time, patience and curiosity to nurturing the potential of every child and young person who comes to us.
By sharing our skills and expertise within and beyond our sector, more children and young people are able to benefit from our approaches.

This is a hands-on role where your creativity and leadership skills can truly flourish! Whether it’s planting, pruning, or planning seasonal displays, you’ll make a real difference. Prior gardening experience and a love for the outdoors are essential.
An enhanced DBS is check is required for this role. Reasonable expenses will be paid, and there is free tea and coffee!
We ask that you commit to one morning a week, ideally Wednesday, however this is with consideration to the weather and the time of year.
