You might not have the time spare to volunteer, but there are plenty of other ways in which you can help Wealden Volunteering and keep our vital services running.
Donations
You can make a donation to support the Wealden Volunteering by:
- Bank transfer to Wealden Volunteering, account number 35936562 and sort code 30 99 50, or
- Cheque payable to Wealden Volunteering. This can be hand delivered or posted to the Volunteer Centre.
- Pay in person using our contactless card reader at our base in Uckfield.
Wealden Community Lottery
Created by Wealden District Council, the community lottery serves to benefit various charitable and worthwhile organisations within the Wealden District.
Local lotteries are a new way to donate to the causes and organisations that matter to you, in buying tickets a portion of the price is passed on to the charities signed up, 60p in every £1 ticket sold, providing them with much needed funding.
You’re both in with a chance of winning some money yourself (the jackpot is £25,000), and benefiting our local charities at the same time.

Present at a community lunch or training event
We run networking lunches aimed at informing, training and entertaining local charities and businesses. If you are an expert in your field this is the perfect opportunity to share your knowledge for the benefit of others.
We also provide regular training and networking events on subjects such as social media, Powerpoint presentations, governance and volunteer management. Could you present at one of these? These events are for the benefit of our Charity Members and Business Sponsors.
