We receive essential grants and funding from these organisations.

    • Garfield Weston Foundation
      Garfield Weston Foundation is a family founded grant-maker that gives money to support a wide range of charities across the UK. In total they donate around £100 million each year.
    • Lottery Community Fund
      The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over £600m a year to communities across the UK, raised by players of The National Lottery
    • Uckfield Town Council
      Uckfield Town Council governs the five wards of Uckfield town, they are the third tier of local government, sitting below the County Council and District Council.
    • Heathfield & Waldron Parish Council
      Provides services to the market town of Heathfield and the villages of Waldron, Cross-in-Hand, Broad Oak, Old Heathfield and part of Punnetts Town.
    • Wealden District Council
      Provides services such as council tax, refuse collection, licensing, environment, business rates and planning across the Wealden area including the towns of Crowborough, Hailsham, Heathfield and Uckfield.

            A Community Interest Company limited by guarantee whose overall mission is to bring Arts and Crafts to all ages and abilities. They set up creative workshops and sessions as well as training people to deliver them.

            East Sussex Hearing is a small independent charity based in Eastbourne. We have been serving the deaf, deafened, deafblind and hard of hearing community  throughout East Sussex for over 20 years.

          • Ridgewood Village Hall
            RVH manages the village hall and runs a number of clubs including a Baby & Toddler group and lunchtime clubs.
          • Royal British Legion
            We help members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families. We support serving and ex-serving personnel all year round and run the poppy appeal.

            Provides expert care to adults with life-limiting illnesses.

            The St Vincent de Paul Society (England & Wales) is part of an international Christian voluntary network dedicated to tackling poverty in all its forms by providing practical assistance to people in need.

            Caring for and supporting those in our community who are in the last phase of their lives.
          • Sussex Community NHS Foundation
            The main provider of community NHS health and care across Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, High Weald Lewes and West Sussex.

            The Police & Crime Commissioner is responsible for setting the strategic direction and priorities for Sussex Police through the Police & Crime Plan.
          • Sussex Support Service
            Run the Victoria Pavilion providing a safe and comfortable community space for a variety of activities and support for people living in East Sussex. Promoting choice, independence and well being.
          • Sussex Trug Heritage Centre
            Dedicated to keeping the art of trug making alive in its home of Sussex.

            We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

            Initiative set up to coordinate green projects with the town and to support and encourage residents who want to do their bit for the environment.
