The first week in June is Volunteers Week, shining a light on all the vital work volunteers do to help out their local communities and worthy causes.
This year we celebrated the occasion with a Volunteer Picnic! It took place on Saturday 6th June at Heathfield Community Centre from midday to 4pm.
There were food and drink stalls, live music and entertainment, activities and games.
It was totally FREE to attend, and despite the weather it was an enjoyable day out.
