About this organisation
Demelza delivers outstanding clinical care and emotional support to children with complex conditions, and their families across East Sussex, Kent and South East London, supporting children from first diagnosis and for as long as we’re needed.
Demelza helps children explore their creativity, have fun and make memories. We offer activities and therapies, sensory spaces, outdoor areas and even a hydro pool in Kent for families to enjoy.

Do you enjoy meeting people? Do you have a talent for delivering fantastic customer service? Why not volunteer in your local Demelza shop in Hailsham? There’s a role for everyone and no experience needed-just a smile and enthusiasm.
Just a few hours a week can make a big difference, helping the Demelza team to raise funds to support children in the community who have serious or life-limiting conditions.
This role is open to anyone aged 16 or over. There are shifts available morning and afternoon weekdays and Saturdays. The Shop is open from 9am till 4:30pm Monday to Saturday.
