Join the Bluebell Railway Trust Team – Help Keep Steam Alive!

The Bluebell Railway Trust is at the heart of the Bluebell Railway. As a registered charity, its mission is to preserve and restore our heritage. From rebuilding historic locomotives to refurbishing stations like Horsted Keynes, the Trust plays a vital role in ensuring the railway’s future. It also owns locomotives and rolling stock and operates key attractions, including the Museum and SteamWorks at Sheffield Park Station.

However, maintaining this incredible legacy is a challenging yet rewarding task—and we need skilled, passionate people to help make it happen. Without the Trust, the future of the Bluebell Railway would be uncertain.

How You Can Help

If you share our passion for heritage, we invite you to join our dedicated team. We are looking for individuals with a wide range of skills, including:

Museum Front of House – to help with visitor engagement and front-of-house roles

Whatever your expertise, there’s a place for you in this important and exciting team.
