Saturday 7-9 year olds Youth Club Volunteer – Heathfield Youth Hub

Heathfield Youth Hub is a free and safe space for young people aged 7 -17.

We have a sports hall, sensory room, music room, art room and teaching kitchen, all available for young people to use during youth sessions.

Sometimes young people need a place to go and something to do. We are here to support young people with whatever is on their mind.

On the first Saturday of every month we run a youth session for 7-9 year olds from 9:30am – 1pm. This is a chance for young people from different schools to make new friends, take part in fun free activities and enjoy a healthy lunch.
We are looking for volunteers who can help us to deliver this session. Whether you’d like to do well-being activities in the sensory room, games in the sports hall, or help cook the lunch, we need kind, supportive and empathetic volunteers to help us run the session.

Volunteers are asked to start at 9am to help with the set up, and once finished assist in clearing up which usually runs to 1:30pm.

A DBS check submitted through ESCC is required, and the age limit for this role is 18+. All mileage/expenses will be paid.

Sessions take place at our venue on Heathfield High Street.
