The People Need People project, initiated by the Mayor of Uckfield, aims to strengthen the bond between local charities and businesses.

This initiative, run by us at Wealden Volunteering and with support from the Uckfield Chamber of Commerce, encourages charities to seek business support for their practical needs, and provide businesses with links to fulfil their Social Value goals.

By fostering these partnerships, the project not only helps charities thrive but also creates opportunities for businesses to enhance their reputation, boost employee morale, and contribute positively to the community.
