Ridgewood Village Hall operates as a space for events and regular clubs/groups to meet, situated on the Ridgewood estate in the South of Uckfield. It’s a registered charity, managed by local volunteers.
About this opportunity
We are seeking an assistant for our Baby and toddler group, which meets on a Monday morning at Ridgewood Village Hall. Volunteers are needed for a couple of hours, from 9am til 11am when the session finishes, with some additional cleaning up afterwards.
No direct experience is necessary although some knowledge of this area of service would be a benefit, and an interest in helping the socializing and development of children.
A DBS check will be required which we will provide. We welcome both volunteers who are able to help our active group on a weekly basis, and those who might only be available occasionally. This role is only available to applicants aged 18 or over.
